Torchys Tacos has announced it latest location that is set to open on June 26th. Talk about a success story! Mike Rypka, an executive chef at a fancy restaurant,  felt  that it was time for him to sort out all of the crazy, eccentric food ideas that were swimming around in his head. With a recently acquired food trailer and a red vespa he hit the streets of Austin. He personally handed out tacos, fajitas and his awards winning  salsa. Eventually his taco dream took on a life of its own and quickly grew into the awesome yumminess it is today. The menu changes often as he and his team are constantly trying new  toppings and recipes however some of the original classics remain  constant. Whether you consider yourself a taco aficionado or newbie you MUST head to the nearest taco haven and feast!!!!
